• Operational data that you upload or enter into the platform, including files, metrics, and annotations.
• Usage telemetry about how you interact with the app, including device identifiers, browser metadata, and feature engagement.

2. How We Use Data

We process personal and project information to operate the platform, deliver requested features, troubleshoot incidents, analyze performance, and communicate with you. Data may also be used to improve AI models, train safety systems, and administer security investigations.

3. Internal Sharing

m2iab personnel and contractors located in the United States may access user data to provide support, perform maintenance, and improve products. By using the service you grant us permission to share data internally across affiliated entities, systems, and environments that support platform operations.

4. Service Providers and Partners

We rely on vetted infrastructure, analytics, storage, and communications vendors. These partners only process data to provide contracted services to m2iab and must follow confidentiality and security commitments.

5. Advertising and Measurement

We use the Google Ads tag and the Microsoft Advertising UET tag to measure which advertisements bring people to m2iab.com and to build audiences for our own campaigns. These tags may store cookies and similar identifiers in your browser, and report page views along with a small set of site actions — starting or completing a sign-up, signing in, requesting a game access code, downloading a plugin, submitting the contact form, and completing a purchase — to Google and Microsoft. We do not send your name, email address, access codes, or the contents of anything you upload to these advertising partners.

Both tags run in consent mode. Until you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, they are instructed to store nothing: no advertising identifier is written to your browser and none of the site actions above are reported. The tags still load and may record an anonymous, cookieless page view. If you decline, that remains the case; declining also clears first-party cookies from this browser. You can change your choice at any time.

You can additionally manage advertising personalization directly with each provider, at adssettings.google.com and at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.

6. Compliance with Law Enforcement

We may preserve and disclose any information we collect when we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, or governmental requests within the United States. This includes responding to court orders, cooperating with federal, state, or local agencies, or taking action to protect the rights, property, or safety of m2iab, our users, or the public.

7. User Choices and Access

You can submit support tickets to request access, corrections, or deletion of certain personal data, subject to legal and contractual limitations. Disabling cookies or third-party scripts may impact product functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Backup copies may remain longer for disaster-recovery purposes.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures such as encryption, access controls, and monitoring to safeguard your data. No system is perfectly secure, so you should use strong passwords, enable MFA where possible, and notify us promptly of suspected incidents.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, if changes are material, provide additional notice through the product or email.
