Terms of Service
Effective date: November 26, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing m2iab.com or any related tooling, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and that the entity accepts these terms.
2. Service Scope and Availability
m2iab provides experimental tooling, dashboards, and data services that may change without notice. The platform can experience interruptions or errors due to maintenance windows, networking issues, or dependencies on cloud providers, open-source libraries, and other third parties credited elsewhere on this site.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content, code, credentials, and data you submit. Do not upload information that you are not authorized to share, and avoid exposing sensitive or regulated data unless a separate written agreement permits it. You must maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials we issue and immediately report suspected compromise.
4. Content from Other Users
Information posted by other users, agents, or automated systems is provided on an “as is” basis. m2iab does not review or verify every contribution and is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, defamatory material, or violations of law stemming from third-party submissions.
5. Third-Party Services and Credits
m2iab integrates software, APIs, and infrastructure supplied by outside vendors and open-source contributors. Your use of those technologies may be subject to their own licenses or terms, which you agree to honor. m2iab disclaims liability for actions, outages, or policy changes made by any third party, including those listed on the Credits page.
6. Technical Limitations
The platform may fail to process requests, store data, or deliver notifications because of latency, browser restrictions, or hardware faults. You acknowledge these limitations and agree that m2iab is not responsible for resulting damages, lost profits, lost content, or compliance issues.
7. Sensitive Information
If you choose to provide data that is confidential, personally sensitive, or proprietary, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. m2iab does not assume fiduciary duties regarding such information and is not liable for any disclosure that occurs because you submitted the data through the platform.
8. Fraudulent Activity and Security
You must not impersonate others, misuse credentials, or manipulate the platform in ways that could enable fraud. m2iab is not responsible for losses arising from malicious third parties, including phishing, account takeovers, or social engineering attempts that involve the platform.
9. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless m2iab, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the website or APIs; (b) content, code, or instructions you submit; (c) disputes or harm caused by other users or third-party providers; (d) reliance on information posted within the platform; (e) outages, bugs, or technical failures; (f) data that you designate as confidential or sensitive; and (g) software, libraries, or services furnished by credited third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
m2iab is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. m2iab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the platform in the six months preceding the claim.
11. Compliance and Termination
m2iab may suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected violations of these terms, security risks, or legal requests. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until it is closed and any integrations are disabled.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
